Lisa Reihana -
in Pursuit of Venus [infected]

I was fortunate enough to work on Lisa Reihana's most ambitious project as a costume assistant to Steven Ball who was the costume designer for the Pacific performers in the project. The video installation was shown at the 57th International Art Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia. Information on the project can be found here and here.

Julia Mageau Gray - Wearing my Map

Pieces of my graduate collection were used by Julia in her contemporary dance performance at the Pacific Dance Festival 2016. Drawing inspiration from her mixed heritage and dealing with issues of identity, I observed parallels between our work which made the collaboration special. Julia Mageau Gray - Found Words
